To make sure that customer files are being
accessed by the appropriate users and/or to demonstrate compliance with
data protection regulations, you can generate reports in the system that display who has been
logging in and what files they have been uploading and downloading.
The system has three standard reports available:
- File Access Report - shows file downloads and deletes for the system.
- File Uploads Report - shows file upload activity for the system.
- Login Report - (for admins only) shows user logins to the system.
Each report can be viewed in Adobe PDF© format or can be exported in CSV format.
CSV format allows you to do further analysis on the report data using a tool such as
Microsoft Excel©. Here is what the report query interface for the File Access Report

Noonmark can create custom reports for you to meet your specific requirements.
System Administrators can view all reports in the system and can see the data in those
reports for all Customers (or Projects).
Other system users can be assigned to view one or more reports. As with files,
non-administrators can only view the information for the
Customers (or Projects) that they have been assigned access to.
